Artisanal Cheese Department
Sickles Market features an extensive specialty cheese department with a large selection of cheeses from all over the world. We carry the best U.S. artisanal goat’s, cow’s, and sheep’s milk cheeses as well as name-controlled cheeses from France, Italy, and Spain. We have wonderful regional cheeses from the British Isles, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, and Scandinavia. We always have familiar friends such as NY State Cheddar, Lioni Latticini Mozzarella and Tour de Marze Brie. You will also find wonderful, less common cheeses such as St. Agur Blue, Brillat Savarin, and Vermont Ayr. The selection changes seasonally and new items come in all the time.
